These terms apply to every purchase of the Mit-Mak Mastermind online masterclass and the Mit-Mak book ("the products"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on the online masterclass, the book, or any package, once payment has been made. Because you get immediate access to the full course content after payment, purchases can't be cancelled or returned.

2. What you get

Online Masterclass: access to the recorded live class and its video lessons on program.mitmakmasterclass.co.za.
Masterclass + Physical Book: everything in the online masterclass, plus a printed copy of the Mit-Mak book couriered to you.

3. Access

Your login details are emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see them.
Your access is for you personally. Don't share your login details or let anyone else use your account. We may suspend accounts that are shared.
You get lifetime access to the course, including future updates, for as long as the course platform is running.

4. Payment

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed securely by Yoco. We never see or store your card details.

5. Book delivery

We only deliver to addresses in South Africa. Delivery is included in the price.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. We email you the tracking details once the book is with the courier.
Make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

6. Course content

All videos, materials and the book belong to Mit-Mak. You may not copy, record, share, resell or publish any part of them without written permission.

7. Results

The masterclass shares strategies and experience. Your results depend on your own effort and circumstances, and we don't guarantee any specific outcome.
